In a garden filled with neat rows of beautiful tulips, everything has its place-or so Tully has always believed.

Tully already feels different because of his enormous curling leaves. Then one morning, a cheerful little dandelion named Dandy appears right beside him. Dandy doesn't look like the other flowers. He doesn't grow like them either. And according to some of the tulips, he doesn't belong there at all.
